IMPORTANT NOTES: Booking & Safety Policy BOOKING GUARANTEE & CANCELLATION Guaranteed Departure: This tour is guaranteed upon reaching the minimum number of participants (4 people). Low Enrollment Policy: If the minimum number is not reached, you will be offered the option to switch to an alternative tour or receive a full refund of the amount paid. ACCOMMODATION & LOGISTICS Hotel Policy: For organizational reasons, your hotel accommodation may be changed to a comparable, associated structure with the same service level. Incidental Charges: Some hotels may require a credit card upon check-in to guarantee any extra services or incidental charges (e.g., minibar, spa access). This card will be released upon check-out. Check-out Reminder: Please remember to check out of your hotel on the morning of the last day, immediately following breakfast. ITINERARY FLEXIBILITY & SAFETY Itinerary Changes: The itinerary may be subject to modifications before and/or during the tour due to organizational needs, severe weather conditions (strong storms, excluding light rain), or local authority regulations. No refunds will be issued for modifications or non-completion of the program due to the aforementioned causes. Unforeseen Closures: In case of closures that are unpredictable at the time of program publication, the scheduled visit will be replaced with other places of interest. Physical Requirements & E-Bike Proficiency: It is essential to be proficient in cycling with a minimum of experience. Please carefully check the difficulty level and route characteristics. If you have any doubts, please contact us. Safety Discretion: Individuals deemed unsuitable for the tour by our guide (due to lack of proficiency or physical issues that compromise safety) will not be permitted to join the group. No refund will be provided for participants deemed unsuitable for safety reasons.
