Hands-on Pasta Making Class with Tiramisù

In Italian cuisine, each recipe is simple yet sublime. Join our class and achieve excellence in the art of cooking! This interactive class will give you the true sense of nonna's loving kitchen, and it will take place in either a stunning 17th-century palazzo next to Piazza Navona or a stylish school just a stone's throw from the Pantheon. Led by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable English-speaking chef, our cooking masterclass is perfect for kids and adults, beginners and experts, locals and tourists.

First, we will welcome you with a glass of prosecco and antipasti to warm you up. Then, we'll dive straight into preparing the tantalizing tirmisù. Don't worry; we aren't skipping our mains — this gives the dessert the needed time to set up. Next, we will make our fresh pasta paired with mouthwatering sauces from scratch — mixing, kneading, rolling, and shaping our fresh pasta will work up a sweat but result in scrumptious delicacies. We will combine these carefully crafted creations with the season's flavors and locality and make either twangy cacio e pepe, creamy carbonara, or saucy amatriciana. On our wonderful tour, you'll enjoy a great homemade meal in a gorgeous setting, with a choice of red or white wine and soft drinks. A mouthwatering experience you should not miss!
