- Reporting: All cancellations must be reported directly to our Admin via WhatsApp.
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the program start time are Free of Charge.
- Partial Penalty: Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to the program will incur a 50% penalty fee.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the program will incur a 75% penalty fee.
- No-Show: Failure to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notice will be charged at 100% (No Refund).
