This experience is available with or without round-trip transportation from Costa Maya Port. Please select your preferred option when booking. Pickup Time: With transportation, the first pickup is at 9:00 AM Ship Time or one hour after your cruise ship arrives, whichever is later. Meeting Point: Your driver will meet you just outside the main access to Costa Maya Port. Look for Gabriel or Ruth near a welcome board displaying your name. Walking Time: Please allow approximately 15 minutes to walk from your cruise ship to the meeting point. Self-Arrival: Guests who select the option without transportation will receive detailed directions to the beach club after booking. Package Selection: Your food and beverage inclusions depend on the Silver, Gold or Platinum Package selected at booking. Alcoholic beverages are not included with Silver. Rain or Shine: This experience operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather. Beach Conditions: Seaweed, water clarity, waves and other beach or sea conditions are natural and may vary depending on weather and seasonal conditions. Water Activities: Kayaks and paddleboards are available at an additional cost and subject to availability. Water activities may be restricted due to wind, lightning or other unsafe weather conditions. What to Bring: Bring a towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, hat and comfortable beachwear. Extra cash is recommended for gratuities, rentals, massages and personal purchases. No Port, No Pay: If your cruise ship does not call at Costa Maya Port, you will receive a full refund. Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund. Wheelchairs: The beach club is wheelchair accessible. Transportation can accommodate foldable or collapsible wheelchairs only; non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated in the vehicle. ARRIVAL & PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS WITH TRANSPORTATION Walk through the Costa Maya port shopping area and leave through the main exit. Just outside, look for your taxi driver, Gabriel or Ruth, near a welcome board displaying your name. Confirm your reservation name before boarding your taxi to Malecon 21 Beach Club. Allow approximately 15 minutes to walk from your ship’s gangway to the meeting point. Pickup is one hour after your cruise ship arrives at Costa Maya Port, but no earlier than 9:00 AM ship time. WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION Make your own way to Malecon 21 Beach Club, on the Mahahual Malecón (Avenida Mahahual). Arrive at your leisure between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Transportation is not included with this option. Please arrange your own transportation to and from the beach club. CHECK-IN Present your booking confirmation upon arrival at the beach club. CRUISE INFORMATION Please provide your cruise ship’s name and arrival time at the time of booking. If you have not received your meeting or arrival instructions 24 hours before your visit, please contact us. IMPORTANT This experience operates rain or shine.
