Discover Balsamic Vinegar & Ferrari in Emilia-Romagna

The tour begins in Parma with a drive of about one hour to a vinegar factory, where the authentic Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of the Modena Consortium is produced.

The visit starts outside the estate, with an explanation of how freshly harvested grapes are transformed into must. From there, the tour moves into the cellars and lofts, where barrels made of different woods give the vinegar its unique aroma and flavor. Guests will then have the chance to taste various types of balsamic vinegar, each with a different aging profile.

After the vinegar experience, the journey continues to Maranello, the home of the prancing horse. Here, you will visit the Ferrari Museum, with a guided tour lasting about one hour. For those who wish, there is also the possibility to enjoy a test drive in a Ferrari, choosing the model directly on site.
