Your hat brim is low, your papers are forged, and your pockets hold two very different things: a peace offer and a pistol. You are a spy in Cold War Berlin, on a mission that could end a war or start one, and you are completely on your own.

This self-guided outdoor spy escape game takes you through 14 real Berlin locations in around 2 hours. Download the free Questo app, start at Moabit Historical Prison Park, and begin anytime. No guide, no booking required.

The mission runs from the former Gestapo prison in Moabit to the Hamburger Bahnhof contemporary art museum, across the Sandkrug Bridge (once a Cold War checkpoint), past the Natural History Museum, the Berlin Wall Memorial, and along Bernauer Strasse where residents once jumped from windows into rescue nets.

Decode ciphers, crack codes, and follow a story of betrayal, justice, and reconciliation through one of history's most divided cities. Perfect for history lovers, families, and anyone who enjoys a full-day spy adventure.

Itinerary

You will begin at Moabit Historical Prison Park. Here you will be given your first clue to solve the challenge that awaits you, which will unlock the next part of the story and give you the directions to the next stop.
