Enjoy an unforgettable journey along the spectacular Amalfi Coast, one of the world’s most breathtaking coastal routes. Winding along dramatic cliffs and overlooking the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean, this scenic drive offers picture-perfect views at every turn.

Your experience begins with convenient pickup from your hotel in Sorrento, followed by a scenic drive towards the enchanting village of Positano.

Admire its iconic pastel-colored houses cascading down the hillside towards the sea. Enjoy free time to explore its charming narrow streets, discover local boutiques, take stunning photographs, and soak up the relaxed atmosphere of this beautiful seaside village.

Continue along the coast to Amalfi, a historic town once a powerful Maritime Republic and traditionally recognized as the birthplace of Flavio Gioia, associated with the development of the mariner’s compass. During your free time, visit the magnificent Cathedral of St. Andrew, stroll through the picturesque historic center, or browse the local shops and artisan boutiques.

Your journey continues to Ravello, a charming hilltop town renowned for its breathtaking panoramic views, elegant villas, and timeless atmosphere. Celebrated by artists, writers, and travelers throughout the centuries, Ravello offers a peaceful and enchanting perspective on the Amalfi Coast.

After exploring these three iconic destinations, sit back and enjoy a relaxing scenic drive back to Sorrento, where you will be dropped off at your hotel.

Itinerary

Drive along the scenic Amalfi coast road, straight to Positano where there is the first stop (approx. 1 hour) to let you discover this little pearl overlooking the clear blue waters. Positano is one of the most suggestive towns of the Amalfi Coast. It's situated on a high cliff, like a crib. Here, there are tourists from all over the world, it is certainly the right place to relax and to disconnect from everyday life. Positano has been a Unesco World Heritage Site since 1997, for its beaches and the beauty of the natural landscape. However, this beautiful town is also famous for shopping (the “Positano fashion” is now known all over the world!), the food of the Amalfi Coast and for its history.

Continue to Amalfi, where you enjoy the walking tour along the typical narrow streets of the historic centre and home of Flavio Gioia (inventor of the compass). Free time to have lunch on your own.

Early afternoon we continue to Ravello, a magic land as described by the most noted travelers and elected “a Spiritual Homeland” The town that inspired many of Wagner’s works. (2 hrs approx.) Then departure from Ravello back to Sorrento hotels.
