Itinerary

The Abbey of Pomposa is an impressive landmark in the area, with its 48 meters high. The abbey started to grow at the beginning of the 9th. century, becoming the abbey that we still see nowadays and that entered Italian history. By 1206, it was officially consecrated, becoming one of the most important monasteries in north-central Italy. The stop is for 2 hours. The rest of the time is for transportation.
