Itinerary
We begin our journey at the Monaco Courthouse, a stunning 19th-century Neo-classical building with beautiful spiraling staircases and intricate sculptures, including a 16th-century bust of Sovereign Honoré II, the first prince of Monaco.
Just across from the courthouse stands the grand Cathedral of Monaco, where you can appreciate the majestic Roman-Byzantine style at its best. This regal church has been the final resting place of Monaco’s royals since the 17th century, including the beloved Princess Grace.
Next, make our way to the Prince’s Palace of Monaco, originally a Genoese fortress from the 11th century. It now serves as the residence of the Princely Family, witnessing key moments in Monaco's rich history.
On the palace’s vast square, you’ll find the striking Apotheosa Monaca Monument, which symbolizes the principality’s history and cultural identity. This sculptural masterpiece, facing the beautiful coastal line, offers a stunning viewpoint of Monaco’s vibrant city and luxury Hercule Port below.
Next, we descend a scenic staircase carved into the rock, leading to the charming La Condamine Market. The market, with its colorful displays of fresh produce and local specialties, welcomes you with its terracotta hues and lively atmosphere—a feast for all your senses.
Following the market, we take a leisurely stroll along the Hercule Port Promenade, where luxury yachts and extravagant cruises rest in the sparkling waters. Here, you’ll learn about the port’s fascinating history dating back to Greek times and get a glimpse of the Monaco Circuit, home to the iconic Monaco Grand Prix, one of the world’s most important and prestigious automobile races.
After the excitement, we head to the serene Church of Sainte-Dévote, etched with rich history and culture. The 11th century church, dedicated to the Principality’s patron saint, hosts the famous annual Saint Devota Festival, honoring the saint’s legacy and Monaco’s cultural heritage.
Finally, we complete the ultimate Monaco experience at Casino Square, a hub of luxury and glamour. With the world-famous Monaco Casino, Monte Carlo Opera House, and bustling cafés, this vibrant square offers the perfect spot for people-watching and enjoying the opulent atmosphere of Monaco. Here, you might even spot a celebrity or two as you relax in one of the outdoor cafés surrounded by stunning gardens.
