Enjoy a private Tuscan cooking class set in a family Tuscan home boutique, overlooking the hills of Tuscany.

One of the best ways to embrace the Italian culture is through a cooking class! No culinary experience in Italy is complete without diving into its rich wine tradition. So, get ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to cook just like Tuscan grandmas and moms do.

You'll prepare appetizers, pasta and dessert, using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The chef selects recipes based on seasonality of the produce. You'll learn how to chop, braise, boil, cook and roast to create a complete Tuscan meal.

In no time, you'll be able to recreate Italian traditional dishes at home and impress others with your newfound skills.

After this hands-on cooking lesson, you'll sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour, paired with Tuscan signature wines.

Tuscan Home. At this family Tuscan Home situated at the base of the hilly Mugello, you will get immersed into the Italian art of cooking and into the exquisite wines of Tuscacy, which are renowned for their high quality and organic viticulture employed in their production.During the class, you will learn valuable tips and tricks about the Italian cuisine and how to get your way around an Italian kitchen, overlooking the vines of the estate. An expert local chef will teach you how to cook a complete menu, from appetizers to dessert, using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, most of which come from the area! At the end of the cooking class, your work will be awarded with a feast of your own creations and enjoy the authenticity of your dishes. Your meals will be paired with the estate's most praised and notable Chianti wines. In addition, you will taste extra virgin olive oil, as it represents yet another appreciated product produced in Tuscany.
