Full Day Tour Explore Hanoi City from Halong Cruise Port in Vietnam, Ha Long

7.30 - 8.00 am : Upon you arrive at Halong Cruise Port, please walk to the outside gate of the port and meet our driver who will be waiting for you with a welcome board showing your name then you get on the car to get to Hanoi city.

10.00 - 11.00 am: Arrive in Hanoi, our guide will take you to visit the Ho Chi Minh complex which includes Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum which is the final resting place of the beloved national hero, Uncle Ho (it will close on some days). President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house where he lived off and on from 1958 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where one worships the Goddess of Mercy – It is the most unique Padoga in the world.

11h00 - 12h00: Nestled on a serene island in Hanoi’s West Lake, Tran Quoc Pagoda stands as a timeless testament to Vietnam’s rich spiritual heritage. This ancient Buddhist temple, with its intricate architecture and tranquil ambiance, offers a glimpse into the soul of Hanoi

12h00 - 13h00: To continue the trip, our car will take you to the Temple of Literature, which was Vietnam’s first university and is dedicated to Confucius. As the first university of Vietnam, the Temple of Literature is a popular cultural and historical relic in every Hanoi travel tour. Visiting this place, you will be enchanted by its grandeur and serenity. Here, you will have a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s history of development from the early days

13h00 - 15h00: Have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine. After lunch, we continute going to visit Hoa Lo Prison which was originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton.

15h00 - 16h00: Driver back city center to see Hoan Kiem Lake or also called ” Sword Lake” in English. This place is the heart and soul of Hanoi. This is the part of town where the commercial streets of modern Hanoi meet the ancient 36 streets and numerous alleys amongst temples, pagodas and lakes. And guests also visit Ngoc Son Temple which is right in the centre of the serene lake, a prominent temple sitting on a small island. The sacred temple, along with other architectures, create a historical complex that has been the pride of Hanoian for hundreds of years.

After Ngoc Son Temple, guest will say good bye Hanoi City and get on the car, our driver will take you back to Halong International Cruise Port. End of the trip.
