Built around the mid-19th century, this temple has a Moghul Kathmandu-Gothic architecture style. It was built by Jung Bahadur Rana to attain inner peace (mochan) as he was involved in many murders. It is being believed that he had burried the dead bodies of people who died in Kot (Arsenal) Parva (massacre) under this temple.

Pachali Bhairav: The temple of Pachali Bhairav based in Teku. Special prayers and worships are offered to the Pachali Bhairav with the belief of acquiring divine powers and before starting any special work or such work that needs special efforts. The Pachali Bhairav festival takes place once in 12 years on the Day of Bijaya Dashami which is called 'Barha Barse Pachali Bhairav Khadga Siddhi Jatra'.

Jaganath temple: One of the largest temples is Jagannath temple complex built by Bharo Bhava Singh Pradhan in 1792 CE. This temple is built over the octagonal plinth and the plan of the temple is also octagonal. The Shikhara Style temple is built with terracotta in mud mortar with intricately carved windows. Teen Dewal temple complex, also famous as Bambikateshwor temple, was built by the commander-in-chief and acting prime minister Bam Bahadur Kunwar Rana in 1850 CE. Rectangular in plan, built over the multi-layered platform, this temple has three Shikhara styles extended structures, hence named as Teen (three in Nepali Dialect) Dewal. The temple is surrounded four sides by the Sattals. The Sattals are other important components of the precincts, built mostly during Rana Period in neoclassic and Newari style. Puret Ghat Sattal, Mathema Sattal, Manadhar Sattals are also the best examples of the 19th century heritage. The original use of the Sattal as a temporary shelter for the pilgrims; for those who come for the funeral procession; and for performing rituals during the cremation has been altered in many sattals.
