Embark on a sensory journey through some of the finest wines of La Spezia at a family-owned winery. Enjoy a guided cellar tour and discover the history of the family and the winemaking techniques passed down through generations. Walk among stainless steel tanks and oak barrels to see how grapes become wine, from harvest to bottling, in the heart of the Colli di Luni wine region.
The experience includes a guided tasting of three signature wines: “La Cascina dei Peri” Colli di Luni Vermentino DOC Superiore, Rosato Liguria di Levante IGT “Ampelos,” and Per Caso Liguria di Levante “Rosadimaggio.” The wines are paired with local specialties such as bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, crostini with local pesto and Taggiasca olive pâté, focaccia, and a selection of cured meats.
