Start with a visit to the Local Market of Florence (only included in the morning), one of Florence's most vibrant markets. Here, you will shop for fresh, local ingredients alongside the chef, selecting the finest produce, meats, and cheeses. Enjoy a tasting of exquisite Tuscan salumi and cheese as you explore the market’s offerings.

Next, return to the cooking school for a private cooking lesson where you’ll master the art of making homemade tagliatelle with meat ragù, delicious ravioli with fresh tomato sauce, and the classic Italian dessert, tiramisu. Sant'Ambrogio Market - Florence. Start the adventure heading together with the chef to the most authentic grocery market downtown: Sant’Ambrogio food market. Enter the Florentine temple of food and drinks and browse around the stalls to find the best ingredients for your cooking lesson, directly from the local producers. From fruit, vegetables, meat, salami, and cheeses, Sant’Ambrogio market offers only the best quality products at the most affordable prices!

Teatro del Sale - Florence. After ticking off all the ingredients on the list, let’s head to the kitchen and start the fun!
