Full description

Sognefjord is the second longest fjord in the world.

From your hotel in Flåm or Aurland, we go for a 2-day cruise on the Sognefjord, with Balestrand, Nærøyfjord, and Flåm.

We start after breakfast, the pulse is low, and we enjoy the nature and silence on the way. We cruise towards Nærøyfjord, maybe the most beautiful fjord in the world. We spend some time in here, enjoying the landscape. No rush, relaxing and enjoying the day.

After lunch we cruise back out the Nærøyfjord, and slowly cruise towards Balestrand, the destination for today.

Day 2:
Starting after breakfast, going out the Sognefjord towards Bergen.

After crusing out the main Sognefjord, we arrive at the old and cozy hotel and restaurant in Skjerjehamn, where we stop for lunch.

After lunch, we continue the relaxing cruise in the archipellago towards Bergen, about 4 relaxing hours. Lean back, and enjoy the quietness and enjoy the islands passing by.

Itinerary

Cruise Flåm/ Aurland - Nærøyfjord - Balestrand

Starting the cruise in Flåm after breakfast, where we meet you in the hotel, to walk down to the boat. typically about 1 minutes walk. If you need a car, we will arrange that. We embark the boat, and start a relaxing cruise.

Possible to start the cruise in Aurland. If you start in Flåm, we pass Aurland while cruising out the fjord.

We cruise slowly in the Nærøyfjord, maybe the most beautiful fjord in the world. We are surrounded by waterfalls and amazing nature all the way.

In Gudvangen you can go ashore for a walk, or visit the Viking Valley. Lunch in Gudvangen. To be paid locally.

Cruise out the Sognefjord towards Balestrand, the destination for today. Nice view of the fjord landscape all the way out the Sognefjord, before we reach Balestrand.

Balestrand is the destination for today, and where we stay overnight. Dinner in the Kvikne`s hotel in the evening. Overnight in the boat in the Hotel garden. This is where we have dinner in the evening. Relax in the hotel Lounge, or go for a walk in the hotel garden.

Cruise Balestrand - Sognefjord - Bergen

We start from Balestrand after breakfast, and cruise out the Sognefjord towards the coast, and Bergen. Nice view of the fjord landscape all the way out the Sognefjord.

Sognefjord is the second longest fjord in the world, where we will cruise before lunch this day. We use about 4 hours for this, before we reach the Skjerjehamn for lunch.

At the old and cozy hotel and restaurant in Skjerjehamn, we stop for lunch.

We have 4 hours relaxing cruising in the archipellago, towards Bergen. Lean back, and enjoy the quietness and enjoy the islands passing by.

Bergen is our destination.
