Experience the Roots of Corfu Private Tour in Loutses, Greece

A truly unique experience set in a traditional village in the North of Corfu.We will be traveling back in time to experience, hands on, the cultivation of olives as it once was. From there, our journey to the present day will take in the various forms of cultivation across history. We will walk through a unique green environment and acquaint ourselves with the perennial green and Corfiot olives, as well as an olive tree whose life has spanned a millennium. On the way, we will see some of the many varieties of flora and fauna that surround the area, making our way into a small traditional Corfiot village where you will get exclusive access to our very own olive press dating back to the early 1900s. Moving on, we will observe and learn the stages of making traditional olive oil soap, followed by an olive oil tasting and ending with a meze of quality Corfiot products.
