Artemis Trail and Waterfalls Trail Private Walking Tour in Limassol, Cyprus
Explore one of the best walking routes through Troodos! Hike along the highest elevation trail on the island, and enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding area!
This walking trip may be a combination of Artemis and Myllomeris or Caledonia waterfalls trails, depending on travelers' preferences and level of training. The Artemis trail (8 km/5 mi, flat and easy) is the highest elevation trail in Cyprus. It fully embodied the island's unique flora. When the weather is clear, it offers excellent views of many parts of Cyprus. At an elevation of down to 1,000 m, the Caledonia waterfalls trail (linear, 3 km/2 mi long, and steep) offers quite a different environment — plane trees, strawberry trees, violas, brambles, bracken, and trout (if walkers are lucky enough). It runs into a lush valley, crossing the stream a few times. The combination of the two trails offers a rich and enjoyable experience over a considerable elevation range in Cyprus.
