8:30 Walking around the market, discover and exchange culinary culture between you and the local people through the selection of fresh, clean foods to prepare for your upcoming cooking class. Next, we will take a short walk to Hoi An harbor. This port was once the busiest port of Southeast Asia in the 15th and 16th centuries.
9:15 We take a boat ride from Hoi An harbor along the bank of the Thu Bon River to Cam Thanh fishing village for the cooking classes. (40 minutes )
10:15 Taking a Bamboo Basket Boat short trip to enjoy and admire the unique eco coconut forest in village before your cooking class starts.
