- Cancellation Deadline: Bookings for private tours must be canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled departure. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this time frame.
- Cancellation Charges: Should the client choose to cancel their booking, the following charges will apply:
- 7 days or more before departure: Retention of the deposit.
- 6 to 3 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.
- Less than 2 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price.
- Tour Cancellation by Uncharted Escapes: If a tour is canceled due to insufficient participants or adverse weather conditions, we will issue a full refund for all payments made.
