More Facts About This Experience

The Sunken City of Kekova was partially submerged after ancient earthquakes, and boating above it is strictly regulated to protect the ruins. Myra is famous as the original home of St Nicholas, the historical figure behind Santa Claus. These locations appear in Turkish historical documentaries and international travel series filmed along the Lycian coast. The area is rich in marine life, including sea turtles and colorful fish visible from the glass-bottom boat. Lycian tombs carved into cliffs remain one of the most distinctive architectural signatures in Antalya, reinforcing the regions reputation for layered civilizations.
