Once you have completed your reservation, our support team will contact you. We will confirm your booking with the guide, and you will receive a voucher with confirmation.

You do not need to print out the voucher, as the host already has your contact information on the booking confirmation form.

The meeting time and place are specified on the confirmation voucher.

Experiences can be in different languages. The language is specified on the experience card.

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the experience start time is refundable only in case of unexpected circumstances, as specified in the refund policy.

To add your experience on the website, click "Add Experience" at the top of the page, sign up and create your experience. You can also add a new experience in the "Experience" section of your Host account.

It's up to you to decide when and how often to provide the experience — schedule it as you see fit.

Some experiences require a commercial license. Please check local regulations, especially if your experience involves food, alcohol, transporting people, etc.

You can specify any number of guests for the experience.

Hosts set experience prices as they prefer. Please remember that your price must include our 15% commission.

Clients can book experiences on our website as follows:

1. Choosing experiences
After booking, our support team will contact you to confirm availability. Once confirmed, you will be provided with the client's information.

2. Requesting experiences
Clients can leave experience requests, which will be displayed on your dashboard. You can offer your experience in response. If the customer chooses your experience, you will receive an email and the request will be transferred to the Booking section.

There is a 100% prepayment on the website, the payment is transferred no later than 1 working day after the booking is completed. Payment is made either by bank transfer or through a payment system that supports safe and secure credit and debit card operations.

The commission for hosts is 15% of the experience's final price.

As our website has a 100% prepayment policy, we will send you a net payment after the booking is completed. So you don't have to worry about the commission.
