Chiang Rai Temples Tour: White Temple, Blue Temple & Red Temple

Free Pick up Area:Free pick-up and drop-off only for customers living in hotels, guesthouses, or lodging places located in the central city of Chiang Mai and the surrounding areas of the Old City Wall in Chiang Mai Province including Chang Klan Road, Thapae Road, Wualai Road in zones of the Night Bazaar, Lam Yai Market (Kad Luang), and areas within 2km from the Thapae Gate.

Stop at Phu Fah Sai Cafe. Kick things off with a scenic mountain-view coffee break before the day's adventure begins. A relaxed, low-key start — not a big draw on its own, but a nice warm-up stop.

Karen Long Neck Hill Tribe Village (optional). A rare, up-close look at the Kayan people and their iconic brass neck rings, plus handmade textiles and souvenirs straight from the artisans. Culturally fascinating, though it's kept optional since some travelers prefer to skip it for ethical reasons — a thoughtful touch that shows respect for different comfort levels.

White Temple (Wat Rong Khun). Marvel at this modern architectural masterpiece, designed by a renowned local artist. The intricate details and striking white facade make this temple a must-see.

Blue Temple (Wat Rong Sua-Ten). We'll take a break for lunch, where you can savor delicious Thai cuisine at a local restaurant (own expense). After lunch, we'll explore the Blue Temple. Known for its vivid blue hues and serene atmosphere, this temple offers a tranquil escape and stunning photo opportunities.

Red Temple (Wat Huay Pla Kang). Our journey concludes at the spectacular Red Temple (Wat Huay Pla Kang). Explore its massive 9-tiered pagoda, visit the elaborate shrine halls, and admire the colossal white Guan Yin statue that overlooks the city. From the top, you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views of Chiang Rai’s countryside.

Lalitta Cafe. Wind down the day with a final scenic, café-hopping photo stop before the ride back.
