Discover the wonders of ancient Pompeii and the majesty of Mount Vesuvius on this full-day guided tour from Naples. Explore the ruins, enjoy a light lunch, and experience astonishing views of the whole Gulf of Naples from the top of the volcano.
Begin with a pickup from the centrally located meeting point in Naples and a transfer by bus to the ruins at Pompeii. There will be a tour assistant on the bus during this part of the excursion.

On arrival in Pompeii, meet your guide and then explore the ruins for around 2 hours to discover the traditions and daily life of ancient Pompeii. You’ll see the large theater, the necropolis, the thermal baths, and some of the amazing houses that were owned by the richest residents.

Savor a light lunch in a typical restaurant in the area before making your way to Mount Vesuvius. Take a relaxing stroll through the nature reserve before embarking on a leisurely walk to the top to experience breathtaking panoramic views of the whole Gulf of Naples.

Departure

Pompeii visit. After the departure from Naples we'll head to Pompeii to visit the famous ancient roman excavation.

Lunch. Enjoy a light lunch at a typical restaurant in Pompeii.

Visit the crater of Vesuvius. After lunch we will head to the volcano to visit the famous crater of Vesuvius.

Return to Naples. Return to Naples
