Wheelchair spaces are available in the Silver, Gold, Platinum and VIP sections, but not in Bronze. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance: doors close on time and latecomers are held outside until a break in the action, which can mean missing a substantial part of the show. Seat category is set at booking, and the auditorium wraps the stage on three sides, so every seat is close to it. The front rows are within range of the water effects - if you would rather stay dry, avoid the lowest tier. The show runs around 90 minutes and is told through movement, acrobatics and effects rather than dialogue, so no particular language is needed. Smart casual dress. Photography and video are not permitted during the performance. The venue is indoors and air-conditioned; bring a light layer, as it is kept cool.
