Bordeaux is a beautiful city in France, where there is plenty to see and experience. You have many beautiful squares such as the Place de la Bourse and the Place Pey Berland. These squares are surrounded by impressive buildings and beautiful statues. You also have nice bars and terraces, where you 'learn' everything about the Bordeaux wines
Place de la Bourse is a square in Bordeaux, France and one of the city's most recognisable sights. Built from 1730 to 1775 along the river Garonne, it was a multi-building development.
The "Miroir d'Eau" is less than 10 years old, but located just across from a monument nearly 3 centuries old, it has become one of the city's main attractions.
A church of Saint-André was first mentioned in Bordeaux in documents dating from 814, in the Carolingian period. This church was probably part of group of churches, including the Basilica of Saint Severinus.
The theater is located on the Place de la Comédie in the center of the city. The room can accommodate 1114 people.
Just a nice park in Bordeaux. There is also a very nice garden bar where you can drink and eat and have a rest.
The Monument is a memorial. Located on Place des Quinconces, it was built between 1894 and 1902 in honor of the Girondists who were murdered in Paris on June 2, 1793 during the French Revolution.
It dates to the 15th century but its history probably goes even further back. It was built to be the Bell Tower of the local Town Hall.
Thirty-five metres tall, it was integrated into the city walls. In 1864, it was rented by a public letter writer and a person whose job was to weigh salt.
The tower is 66 meters high. The tour Pey Berland was built between 1440 and 1500 in the Gothic style.
The Pont de pierre is a bridge over the Garonne in the French city of Bordeaux. The construction of the Pont de pierre started in 1810 on the orders of Napoleon I.
Notre Dame is the most baroque and Romanesque-style church in Bordeaux. The church and Cour Mably (Mably Courtyard) are the only vestiges of a Dominican monastery going back to the 13th century.
Largest freestanding church tower in Bordeaux. The tower is called La Flèche because it is so spire with a height of 114 meters.
The shopping Mall is at the heart of Bordeaux's magnificent, newly renovated historic downtown district, which holds an incomparable appeal for the city and the region.
An authentic, large scale market, featuring the best meats, fruits, vegetables, cheeses, fish and shellfish in Bordeaux.
