Transfers in Turkey

počet zážitků: 43

Transfers in Turkey cover four hubs. Istanbul: a private car from the new airport or from Sabiha Gökçen to your hotel, most often a Mercedes Vito van, plus an hourly disposal option where the driver stays with you for five hours or more. Cappadocia: the Kayseri and Nevşehir airports sit an hour and more from Göreme, served by both a shared shuttle and a private car. Pamukkale: Denizli-Çardak airport, with shuttles in both directions on a schedule tied to the flights.

The fourth hub is the southern coast. From Antalya and Alanya cars run to the hotels of Belek, Side and Kemer, and a separate line serves the Land of Legends park: there and back from Alanya, Antalya, Side and Kemer, with the driver waiting through the programme. The coastal road is long — over two hours from Alanya to Antalya airport — and what a transfer saves there is not money but an evening.

Practical notes. A private transfer is priced per car rather than per person, so for four people it usually beats a taxi. Ask for a child seat in advance; on the spot there may be none. The driver waits about an hour after landing at no charge, and if your flight is delayed the flight number given at booking matters: the meeting time then shifts automatically. For Cappadocia, remember that balloons leave at first light, so an airport transfer the evening before is worth booking ahead.
