Discover the flavours of Santorini through a hands-on small-group cooking class at Aroma Avlis, located at Artemis Karamolegos Winery. Learn to prepare traditional Greek and Santorinian dishes using fresh ingredients, before sitting down to enjoy the meal you have created.

Guests may choose the cooking-class-only option or extend the experience with a visit to 41 Beach Club. With the full-package option, transportation is provided after the cooking class, allowing guests to relax by the sea and enjoy cocktails at the beach club.

The cooking class takes place entirely at Aroma Avlis. The visit to 41 Beach Club is a separate additional experience and is included only in the full-package option.

Arrival & Welcome Refreshment. Arrive at the scenic beachfront kitchen location. Meet your professional local chef and fellow food lovers, receive an overview of the day's menu, and kick off the session with a welcome cocktail or local drink.

Hands-On Greek Cooking Class. Put on your apron for an interactive culinary workshop! Learn secret techniques for mastering traditional Santorinian and Mediterranean dishes, using fresh volcanic produce, herbs, and olive oil. Full vegetarian menus are available upon request.

Beachside Lunch/Dinner & Cocktail Hour. Sit down at a table right by the beach to enjoy the multi-course Greek meal you helped create! Pair your food with local Santorinian wines, followed by signature cocktails served right on the beach as you relax by the water.
