This is a small group tour, so you will be joined by like minded travelers as well as an experienced and knowledgeable guide. If you have any questions throughout your journey into the countryside, feel free to ask your guide! He or she will provide you with interesting information and make sure you have an enjoyable and comfortable experience.
The drive from Florence to the Chianti countryside is short and peaceful. As you look at the window, you will see stunning views of the rolling hills, medieval towns, luxurious villas, and of course - endless vineyards!
Our first stop will be at an authentic, family-owned wine estate. A local will show you throughout the vineyards and cellars, as you learn the secrets of making world-renowned Chianti wine. The producer will share their experience working at the winery and answer any of your curiosities about the Tuscan lifestyle or making wine! After, you can sample some pristine Chianti wines accompanied by fresh olive oil and some delicious,Tuscan snacks.
As the sun starts to set, it will be time for our final destination of the day. As we arrive, you will see the best was truly saved for last. A beautiful, Tuscan dinner will be prepared for you among the vines. You will indulge in seasonal, Tuscan specialty courses paired with exquisite wines produced by the estate itself.
This is a memorial day of exploration, fantastic wine, and even better food. Don’t forget your camera!

Ablauf

Piazzale Montelungo, Florence. Meet your fellow travelers and your tour leader at Piazzale Montelungo and find a comfortable spot on your bus. 

Chianti wine region. Stop at the first winery, and indulge your senses as you sip the finest Chianti wines! Visit the winery's cellar and learn about the wine production, from the budding of the grapes, to the "vendemmia" or harvest, through to the fermentation and aging. Then, excite your taste buds with an excellent wine tasting experience paired with local Tuscan snacks.Before proceeding to the second winery, shop and stroll in the charming medieval village of Greve, a small town with a quaint athmosphere and many boutique shops, artisans workshops and restaurants.

Chianti wine region. As the sun sets, and the Tuscan sky transforms from blue to deep orange, it's time for your VIP Tuscan Dinner among the vines. Prepare for an authentic sensory and dining experience at the second winery. Savor the delicious dishes of a typical Tuscan menu prepared with the freshest ingredients of the season. Your meal will be expertly paired with the world-renowned and locally produced Chianti wine. Enjoy this once in a lifetime dinner in the company of your loved ones as well as new friends, in a characteristic and exclusive setting.
