During this 3-hour tour, we have the opportunity to explore three (3) iconic Isles .
Sodermalm island, located south of the Old Town transformed from a countryside around the train station into one of Stockholm 's most trendy/fashionable district.
Beneath its modern charm lies a darker history ,marked by plagues, witch-hunt and hardship.
As we wander the old quarters , marvel at the coloured wooden houses dating back to the 17th century.
The journey does continue to the Old Town, the historic center of the city where we walk the narrow alleyways, stop by the German quarter and experience stories of murders, robberies and the chilling Stockholm Blood Bath.
Finally, we board a ferry to the hidden gem Skeppsholmen island, once home to the Swedish Royal navy and off-limits to the civilians for centuries.
A walk is a blend of the bustling modern Stockholm and with its dark past providing a memorable, atmospheric exploration of the city.
