8-day Lisbon Diving Tour, Portugal
If you would like to spend a week in Portugal and dive, this tour will be perfect for you. The program will be designed for 8 days, 5 of which will be dedicated to diving activities, and you will be provided with a wet suit and the necessary equipment. Possible diving areas will include Sesimbra, Cascais and Fonte da Telha with base locations at Lisbon, Cascais or Estoril. You will be able to choose other locations, depending on your preference, and have 10 dives overall. The tour will give you plenty of time to get to know the city area, and you will be advised on what to do and what locations to visit. You will also visit Lisbon and dine at Fado restaurant.

8 days and 7 nights.
Day 1. Arriving at Humberto Delgado Airport, you will have access to a car with a pre-programmed GPS. This will give you the opportunity to drive around Lisbon, visiting must-see sites, such as La Sierra de Sintra, and finding your way easily to diving locations.
Day 2-3. The first 2 days of diving will take you to Sesimbra. It is a welcoming village, which was once almost exclusively a residence and place of work for fishermen. The selected diving sites will be located in a protected marine reserve, and you will see the diverse marine life of the region. You will dive at Jardim das Gorgónias and then visit the villa and have lunch at one of the local restaurants.
Day 4-5. You will spend time at Cascais, which has always been the summer retreat of the Portuguese nobility. Today, the city is an elegant fusion of nineteenth-century decorative architecture and modern tourist facilities. Diving at Pata Roxas and Pedra Furada, you will get quiet dives, full of marine life and seabed rich in flora and rock formations. As you will go for a short boat ride, you will get to see the Cascais coast from the sea.
Day 6. For the last day of diving, you will head to Fonte da Telha beach and get to diving spots by boat.
Day 7. The day will be dedicated to exploring Lisbon, walking around the city and visiting its numerous sites.
Day 8. This will be the day of the departure.
