The tour is on level ground, which makes it accessible to most people and the walking at a leisurely pace. This is a unique experience to enjoy this unpretentious university city where you will have the opportunity to learn about the history and the monuments, as well as about everyday life of a small and lively Medieval Tuscan town. You will see the city from a different angle: discover hidden lanes, photograph the city from unusual places, plus see the Leaning Tower and other famous monuments.
Itinerary
The fountain outside Pisa Centrale train station. You'll meet your guide at 10:00am at the fountain outside Pisa Centrale train station. The guide will hold a sign saying Pisa Explorer. From there the small group will move on to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele for the beginning of the walking tour.

Knights’ Square - Piazza dei Cavalieri. Once the political center of the Medieval Maritime Republic of Pisa now home of some of the most interesting late Renaissance architecture in the city
Cathedral Square & Leaning Tower - Piazza dei Miracoli. At the end of the walking tour you will be at the world-famous UNESCO protected monumental complex of the Cathedral of Pisa and Leaning Tower, also known as the Square of Miracles, for a final all external visit of the area.
