- This activity is not suited to guests over 110 kg / 242 pounds, unless prior arrangement is made with our team and a suitable alternative has been proposed and acknowledged by our Captain / Crew
- Wildlife spotting cannot be guaranteed
- Guests should understand it is their duty to exercise reasonable care for their own safety both while boarding, exiting and being on-board the yacht
- The activity is subject to availability
- The activity is subject to favorable maritime conditions (if cancelled due to weather conditions, you will be given the option of an alternative date, a voucher or a full refund)
- We will reimburse the full amount, in case of cancellation upon the decision of the crew. Otherwise it is not possible for us to support that cost and therefore, the booking fee will not be reimbursed
- Children under 18-years-old must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Bathing and hair towels, snorkeling equipment (goggles, tubes & fins), blankets are available and free of charge for use while on board. Fresh drinks are offered during the tour.
