Additional information Duration of the program is about 3 hours. It is suited for adults as well as children over 4-year. This tour is considered an extreme sport, so we cannot accept Children under 4-year-old and pregnant participants due to safety risks caused by icy and uneven terrain. Northern lights are a natural phenomenon and the visibility can't be quaranteed Tour operator won't cancel the activity according to the weather conditions. Please check the weather forecast couple of days before the activity start. Cancellation and re-scheduling the activity is possible, if the changes are made more than 24-hours before the activity start, depending of the availability for the requested day. In order to drive a snowmobile, a physical and valid driver’s license (class B) is required. A provisional license or a picture of the driving license won’t be accepted. The driving license must be recognizable in English. If you do not bring your driving license you won’t be able to drive a snowmobile and no refund can be offered. The snowmobile driver is responsible for any damages to the vehicle, with personal self-liability of 950€ per person per snowmobile in case of an accident. Additional insurance can be purchased on site for 15€, reducing self-liability to 150€. This insurance must be purchased before the start of the tour. Children and adults without a drivers’ license can join the safari by sitting on the sledge. 2 adults share 1 snowmobile. If the number of people in the group is an odd number, someone in the group will have to share a snowmobile with another member of the activity. Single driving is available as supplement for adults. Children 4-13 years old are seated in a sledge behind the guide’s snowmobile. We recommend one of the parents to sit with a small child in the sledge for the child’s safety. If a child over 150 cm wishes to sit in a snowmobile as a passenger, a full adult price will be charged (according to availability).. Transfers & Prices Transfers from/to are included from Olo Resort, Reindeer Manor Levi, Arctic Nook, Hotel Levi Panorama, and Golden Crown Levi Igloos. If you stay at the center of Levi, you can meet your guide at our Safari Office, address is Levintie 1585. Meeting time at the Safari Office is 30-minutes before the scheduled starting time of your tour. Pickups will start 30 minutes to 1-hour before the tour starts. Exact pickup time will be informed by email the day before. If you don´t receive this email, please contact us. Missed meeting time and point will result on missed safari which will not be refunded. Children 4-13 are subject to child rates specified in the product information. Youngsters aged 14+ are subject to adult prices. Good to know Alcohol consumption is not allowed during the tour, and guests cannot participate if intoxicated. A physical and valid driver’s license (class B) is required.
