Please note: hotel pick-up time depends on the area where you are staying: Cap Cana, Punta Cana and Cabeza de Toro area - 7:10 AM, 10:10 AM, 1:10 PM; Bavaro area - 7:20 AM, 10:20 AM and 1:20 PM; Macao and Uvero Alto area - 7:20 AM, 10:20 AM and 1:20 PM. Please take with you comfortable clothes, sport shoes, a photo camera, sunscreen, a hat.

This excursion is not recommended for clients with back problems.

Children under 4 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
A polyglot guide will accompany you throughout the horse ride.
Pregnant women cannot take this excursion.
This tour is not adapted for the disabled.
The passenger's weight must not exceed 250 pounds or 115 kg.
Most travelers can participate in the experience.
There will be a maximum of 20 travelers on the tour or activity.

On the 2-hour tour, you will ride down the vast stretches of Uvero Alto Beach that is located at the north end of Punta Cana. You will get briefed by a professional instructor that will assess your skill level and find for you a horse that will match your abilities and suit you perfectly. No previous experience in horseback riding would be required, and you will ride along Uvero Alto and the exuberant landscapes of the Dominican jungle. If you would like, you might also try galloping and trotting, as well as ride into the sea or take a break to swim in the Caribbean. After a brief stop, you will head back to the ranch and will be able to get a bottle of Dominican rum as a souvenir.

Getting to know part of the Dominican Republic on horseback is unique. First of all, because of the landscapes you will visit during our excursion. Secondly, because you will be able to acquire a new skill, since you will train horseback riding for several hours.
Thanks to the expert riders of this activity, you will learn all aspects of a horse, from the way it acts to how to trot or gallop. The ride will also be engraved in your retina.
Also, if you choose the last turn, you will be able to contemplate the fabulous sunset of the Caribbean Sea!

Itinerary:

This is an example for tours leaving at 07:20 am. of the hotel. Modify the schedule to your departure time of the horseback riding excursion.

07:20 a.m.

- Pick up from your hotel to the ranch.
09:00 a.m. - Arrival at the ranch, where we will receive a short instruction on horseback riding to increase security measures of our activity.
09:15 a.m. - Guided departure from the ranch to Macao or Uvero Alto beach where we will enjoy the Dominican beaches and their spectacular tropical landscapes on our horse.

Remember, as a good rider you will have to take care of your horse throughout the tour, thanks to it you will have a different view of the Dominican landscape.

11:15a.m.

- Return to your hotel.
