Portugal's Sintra is a fairytale town nestled in the green hills with colourful palaces, ornate gardens and a charming old town. Itinerary

Pena Palace was recently named one of Portugal’s “Seven Wonders”. Its creation goes back to 1838, when King Ferdinand II ordered it on the ruins of an old monastery. As was the fashion at the time, the palace collects many historical styles, from Moorish to Renaissance. From the inside, the paintings are one of the best things to see, as well as the wonderful views. The stop is for 3 hours. The rest of the time is for transportation.

Quinta da Regaleira has a lot of small monuments connected to the Masons, Knights Templar and Divination because António Augusto Carvalho Monteiro had a fascination with all of it. The Romantic palace has an underground system of tunnels and grottoes, all intended to confuse and delight. The stop is for 3 hours. The rest of the time is for transportation.
