Itinerary

Enjoy the scenic private drive through the French countryside, passing charming villages and rolling hills along the way.

Upon arrival in Bayeux, make your way to the Musée de la Tapisserie de Bayeux (Bayeux Tapestry Museum), home to the famous Bayeux Tapestry. Spend some time exploring this remarkable piece of medieval embroidery, which depicts the events leading up to the Norman conquest of England in 1066.

Visit Bayeux Cathedral (Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Bayeux). Admire the stunning Gothic architecture of this historic cathedral, which dates back to the 11th century, and explore its interior, including its beautiful stained glass windows and ornate furnishings.

Consider visiting the Musée Mémorial de la Bataille de Normandie (Battle of Normandy Memorial Museum), located in Bayeux. This museum provides an in-depth look at the events of the Battle of Normandy during World War II, including exhibits on D-Day and the Allied invasion of Normandy.
