This is a very powerful healing experience. The places and healers you will visit are authentic and consist of the same blessings used by the local community. You may not understand some rituals and mantras, but your guide will be there to explain each step and guide you through the process, so you are kept informed. We just ask that all guests be respectful of the experience and understand that you are invited to participate in this healing through the relationships formed by your personal guide and the healers. We appreciate your understanding.
First, we will visit Gunung Kawi Temple, an ancient and very sacred temple that was built in the 11th-Century during the King Udayana Warmadewa dynasty. The temple is located in a beautiful, lush setting near the Pakerisan river in central Bali. The sacred holy water called Tirta Surya. Here we will undergo a holy water cleansing from Ida Pedanda (a Balinese high priest) with a powerful Mantra (sacred chanting) and the sound of Bajra-Ghanta (holy bell) to clean all the negative energy and balance the chakra (energy points).
Pedanda will help to remove some of lifes obstacles, negative energy and bad luck. He will conduct the blessing with the Saptha Wredhaya Mantra (seven great blessings) of Ayur (longevity), Yasa (unshakable integrity), Shuka (happiness), Shri (welfare) Dharma (truth), Pradnya (wisdom) and Santana (regeneration). Finally, we will enjoy the Prasadham (offering) with local fruit and cakes.
Afterward, well walk about 5 minutes through lush rice fields to visit Taman Taru-Pramana (sacred herbal garden). Built to preserve Balinese culture and wisdom, it has become a world heritage site. Learn about the secret of balinese herbal plants and how to make Loloh (traditional herbal drinks) and Boreh (traditional body scrub).
Learn about Balinese yoga and meditation as well as traditional healing methods from an ancient Balinese manuscript called Lontar Taru Pramana. Enjoy a selection of herbal drinks for health, longevity, and dhatu (element) balance. Guests will have lunch consisting of Balinese herbal plants.
We will then visit Dharmasila Ashram to have some coffee or tea before meeting with Ida Bagus Bhaskara, a very powerful and respected Balian (Balinese Healer) who was born into the Bramin family of healers. Your Balian will help you explore the secret of your birth base on an ancient manuscript called Lontar Pawacakan Oton (original Balinese horoscope) and will read your palm to provide insights into your life.
