Similar room arrangements apply for larger groups based on the number of travelers. Hotel check-in is generally from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM (subject to hotel policy). Pickup and drop-off are available from Delhi Airport, any hotel in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, or Delhi Railway Station. A valid passport or government-issued photo ID is required for hotel check-in. The tour involves walking at forts, palaces, temples, and local markets. Comfortable footwear is strongly recommended. Several heritage monuments include stairs and uneven pathways; therefore, this tour is not wheelchair accessible. Infant seats can be provided upon request, subject to availability. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult. Monument entrance fees, lunches, dinners, personal expenses, and optional activities are not included unless specifically mentioned. Elephant rides at Amber Fort and camel rides in Pushkar are optional activities and are subject to local government regulations and availability. Guests are advised to wear modest clothing while visiting temples and religious places. During the summer months (April–June), temperatures can be high. Carry sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and sufficient drinking water. During winter (November–February), mornings and evenings can be cool. A light jacket or sweater is recommended. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. Most travelers can participate; however, this tour may not be suitable for guests with severe mobility restrictions.
