Full description

Waterfalls can highly impact your body, health and immune system on a positive way. By releasing negative ions waterfalls create calmness, and this somehow reduces stress, depression and helps on blood purification and metabolism cell revitalization.

Waterfalls are very important for the ecology system. They add oxygen and purified water too. This helps fish breathe properly and live. Waterfalls basically mean healthy life, by keeping the eco systems alive.


Itinerary

08:30 am pick up in Manuel Antonio

09:00 am arrive to Portalon Waterfall

09:30 am we continue our way to the most impressive waterfall

10:30 am we arrive to the office and check in

10:40 am we start 10 minutes pick ride, then 15 minutes walk

11:25 am we arrive to the upper Nauyaca waterfall

12:00 pm we arrive to the lower and main swimming Nauyaca waterfall

02:00 pm or earlier we start our journey back, 40 minutes later we stop for a costa Rican lunch

04:00 pm is the approximately arrival time to your hotel
