A guided visit to Acetaia Marchi, a historic family-run producer where Balsamic Vinegar has been crafted since 1910, will make you walk through vineyards of native grape varieties. Learn the traditional process of cooking grape must and aging vinegar in wooden barrels for up to 25 years, explore the aging rooms, uncover the differences between artisanal and industrial balsamic vinegar and enjoy a guided tasting with expert explanations and food pairings. End your visit with time to shop for authentic Modenese products at special prices.
