The wine and olive oil tastings are guided and educational, helping you understand local grape varieties, production methods, and how to recognize high-quality extra virgin olive oil—straight from the source, not a tourist setup.

Itinerary

For our main course, we'll head to a local family-run restaurant where we'll try some hearty and flavorful dishes. you'll learn how to prepare classic dishes like dakos, a salad made with barley rusks, tomato, and feta cheese. You'll also learn how to make stuffed vine leaves, slow-cooked lamb, and other specialties that have been passed down through generations. "kali orexi" (bon appétit)!
