The rink is on the Ground Level of The Dubai Mall. Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station on the Red Line connects to the mall by an air-conditioned walkway.The mall and the rinkside spectator areas are step-free, lift-served and stroller friendly. Skating on the ice itself is not suitable for wheelchair users.Skate hire is included with your session; bring thick socks, and gloves are strongly recommended.Penguin and seal skating aids can be hired at the rink for children and first-timers.Marshals are on the ice throughout the session to help beginners.Not recommended for people with back problems.Not recommended for pregnant travellers.Not recommended for people with heart conditions.Your ticket is sent to the email address and WhatsApp number you give when booking, so please make sure both are correct.
