Full description

Blend into Cincinnati, poke around, and make a few friends while you are at it. See Cincinnati the way nobody else on the street is seeing it, with a team who are all in on the same secret. The best cover story is simply having a good time, which turns out to be easy with a new group of people and something to talk about. You are sent into Cincinnati with a story and a team of people you have just met. While the rest of the street goes about an ordinary day, your lot are muttering about hidden drops, arguing about which way to go, and building inside jokes at an alarming rate. The secrecy is doing quiet social work. Instead of small talk, your conversations are about cracking the next thing, deciding which alley to trust, and whether that statue is a clue or just a statue. There is nothing to perform and nobody watching but your own team. You can take the quiet jobs, filming or reading or noticing, and still be right in the middle of it. It is not really about the hidden side of Cincinnati. It is about being in on a secret with a very good group of strangers. Know before you go • It is outdoors and takes about three hours of walking at an easy pace. • The route and where you end up stay secret. That is most of the fun. • Keep an eye on traffic, weather, opening hours and what is around you. • Open departures run at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM in the destination's local time. Booking privately? Start any day, at any half hour from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. • Change of plan? Rebook any time, free. • After the quest has loaded, temporary connection loss is supported and queued activity can synchronize when connectivity returns. • No paid attraction admission is required to complete the standard quest.

Itinerary

Meet your team. Up to six people, one team. The awkward bit lasts about ninety seconds.

Get your briefing. Arrive at Yeatmans Cove Park by your departure time. Your phone hands you a story and sets you loose — no guide, no clipboard, nobody talking at you.

Explore Cincinnati. Wander the city together, following the trail and swapping stories as you go.

Be a bit silly. Take the photo. Do the voice. Everyone is in it together, and anything your team would rather skip can be skipped.

Pull it off together. Someone will have the idea that cracks it. That feels good when it is yours and better when it is not.

See where it goes. The quest ends. Whether the group does is up to you.
