Pass by: Paris, Ile-de-France.

07:30 :The guide will welcome you at Opera Garnier Steps. The trip begins. There are approximately 367 km to drive on a highway from Paris to Mont Saint-Michel by our comfortable air conditioned Mercedes bus.

It takes in general more than 4,5 hours. After 200 km it will be a stop for Calvados, Pommeau and Cider tasting.

The Guide will give you general information about French history connected to Normandy, especially to Mont Saint-Michel.

Stop at: Calvados Christian Drouin, Rte de Trouville, 14130 Pont-l'Évêque, France.

10:30 : After about a 3 hour drive, we will make a stop for Calvados, Pommeau and Cider tasting by a local producer. You will learn the traditional technology of how Calvados is produced for centuries and afterwards have a tasting with explanation.

11:00: Departure destination Mont Saint-Michel. It takes about 2.5 hours.

Stop at: Abbaye du Mont-Saint-Michel

13:15 Arrival at Mont Saint-Michel and visit of the Benedictine Abbey.

As a rule we manage to join the Guided visit organised by the Abbey itself. When ii is not possible we provide an audio-guide for the Abbey visit. After the Abbey visit, you'll have free time to enjoy Mont Saint-Michel and time for Lunch.

Our guide will bring you up the narrow streets of the medieval village toward the top. On the top of the Island, you can admire panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and bay and enter the Benedictine Abbey.

First settled by man in the year 709 it contains Medieval village & beautiful Abbey fortress dedicated to Saint Michael the Archangel. The construction of the Benedictine Abbey started in the 700’s and continued through the 1200s. The whole island is classified by Unesco as a world heritage site. It remains practically the same since the Middle Ages as it was the goal of pilgrims from all over the world. Mont Saint Michel remains the most visited site in France.

17:00: Departure from Mont Saint-Michel Destination Paris. There are 367 km to drive on a highway from Mont Saint-Michel to Paris by our comfortable WiFi air conditioned Mercedes bus.

One stop will be made at a rest area.

21:30/22:00 Coming back to Paris to the Opera Garnier steps.
