Start your trip with a pickup from your centrally located Marmaris hotel. Settle into your air-conditioned vehicle and travel to a nearby bay where your cruise boat is waiting. Step aboard your comfortable ship and admire the views as you leave land behind and cut over the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Gökova to Cleopatra Island! This famous island is home to a beach where, according to legend, Egypts pharaoh queen, Cleopatra, bathed with her lover Mark Anthony sometime in the 2nd century BC. The code says that Anthony ordered the sands from Egypt as a gift to his mistress. Made up of tiny, smooth seashells, its a type of sand that typically hails from the Red Sea.
Before arriving, enjoy two stops to swim or snorkel in the turquoise Aegean Sea and savor a delicious lunch with drinks on board. A sample of the menu may look like this: Grilled chicken served with salad, rice or pasta, and fresh fruits. Then, moor the island and walk through olive groves to the fabled beach. Soak up the beauty and spend the next 3.5 hours doing everything you want. Swim and snorkel in the crystalline waters, polish your tan, or stroll to the nearby Roman ruins. Refuel with refreshments at the beach cafe (not included in the total cost), or enjoy soaking up the sun. Later, cruise back to Marmaris with a further swim stop on the route. Your trip ends with a hotel drop-off in the early evening.
