During this fun adventure you will follow ancient trails and dirt roads to enter the vineyard and learn more about the biological cycle of the vine. You will discover how to discern the scent and aromas of the typical plants of the Mediterranean: Cysts, Juniper, Broom, Lentisk, Rosemary, Wild Fennel, Myrtle.
You should be careful! It is highly probable to have close encounters with the local fauna: goats perched on the high cliff, families of pheasants, hares and... looking up: peregrine falcons, kestrels, barn owls, imperial crows.
