Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius Private Tour in Naples, Italy

A fresh look at some of the world's most renowned historical landmarks! Take a trip through the ancient and beautiful Roman necropolis, which is still held together by the beautiful landscapes of Pompeii and Herculaneum and the picturesque view of the towering Vesuvius. The first stop on our schedule will be Pompeii. You will tour the ruins and learn about the history, art, and archaeology of the most famous open-air museum in the world. Pompeii awaits discovery, promising a memorable experience in keeping with its history. You will go to one of the oldest coral factories in the city to see works of art made by local artists using ancient Greco-Roman methods.

You will also get to see Herculaneum, found in 1709 when workers were digging a well and found statues and marble from the Ancient Theater. Because of the importance of the items located, including mosaics, paintings, and inside and outside buildings, the Herculaneum is considered one of the most important monumental complexes of classical antiquity. Vesuvius is the only active volcano in continental Europe and has had some of the most powerful volcanic eruptions on the continent. Even though it was dangerous in the past, it will always be an essential part of the history and culture of Naples. Along the route, you will see masterpieces created solely of volcanic material by artists worldwide. When you reach the highest point, you will be treated to one of the most remarkable scenes in the entire Gulf of Naples as you learn the history of what the Neapolitans refer to as the "Good Giant."

Please note: it will cost you €580 per minivan to transport a group of 1-8 people. Tickets to see Vesuvius are always in high demand. We suggest buying tickets around noon, so you don't get confused about when to arrive and when to leave.
