While you are driving your jet ski, our staff will keep an eye on you to make sure you are operating safely. Jet Ski Cancun staff guides our customers out to a driving area that is 400 meters located in the lagoon. After your ride you will be assisted back and helped to get back to the dock.

Please note:
- Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled booking.
- All customers must present a government issued photo ID before boarding in order to do the activity.
- Maximum 2 people on the jet ski with a MAX weight of 400 LBS. Each person must weight maximum 100 lbs if not you'll be required to split the time.
- Reckless driving will not be tolerated and is non refundable
- Minimum age requirement to ride the Jet Ski as a passenger is 10 years old. To drive is 18 yrs old.
- Pregnant women and people with recent surgeries are not allowed to do the activity
- People under the influence of drugs or any illegal substances are not allowed on the tour and are subject to NO REFUND.
- Since you ride on the Lagoon, bad weather does not affect the activity. If canceled due to extreme weather you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
