Spending 1.5 hour on the fun tuk-tuk ride around the historical center, follow the guide to such landmarks as the Church of the Congregates, São Bento Railway Station, the Church of São Francisco and the Porto Cathedral that dates back to the 12th century. On the tour, you will cross the Dom Luís I Bridge to Gaia to visit the Serra do Pilar Monastery. Other highlights of the trip will include the Portuguese Museum of Photography, the old 18th-century prison, Torre dos Clérigos and the Gothic-inspired Lello Bookstore, one of the iconic sites of the city. It was founded in 1904 and its plaster stairs that imitate wood had inspired a passage from a Harry Potter movie. After the ride, you will head to Matosinhos, which is considered one of the best places in the world to eat fresh fish and seafood. There, at the seaside, you will have lunch at a local restaurant with traditional cuisine.
