Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund.

Weather Conditions: In case of adverse weather conditions that prevent safe skydiving, we will reschedule your skydiving experience or provide a refund.
